Aurae's Bio.
Aurae - from the time she was a youth has submersed herself into the world
around her and what she could produce from it. It started with small
things. Growing fruitful vegetation, amazed at the variety of plants that
could be eaten and used for all sorts of purposes. Mostly, though, her
parents, caring and supportive as they were, would only allow her to focus
on those she could eat or that would not cause any harm to her or anyone
else.
She quickly developed a seagarden and spent every moment she could there.
Watching over the plants, making certain they were healthy, and harvesting
the fruits and other edible things when the time came. Her interest in
them never ceased, but rather grew with them and expanded onto other
things rapidly. And to soon her interest in these things grew well beyond
her parent's abilities to show her, and they enrolled her in the guild and
set her on her path.
As she grew so did her interest, only this time with the guild's guidance.
And she found her love - alchemy. Aurae's knowledge is insatiable when it
comes to it and more often that not is her only main interest and cares
little for anything other. Though she still maintains a small garden for
her own needs, experiments, and projects - her knowledge there, too, grows
but the interest is only second to her love for alchemy.
In this way, Aurae is often times appears aloof and seems somewhat
unsocial. She is, however, a rather obvious and genuine kind soul - once
you manage to slip past her interest in alchemy. Engaging her in
conversation other than what she knows and is interested can be a
difficult task, though she does try in earnest and fails more often than
not, but never stops trying. Those that do manage to befriend her are
often either very patient or have the same interests as her own. Her idea
of fun is spending time over her plants and potions; scribbling notes. But
it is not unlike her to round up what friends she does have and strike out
into the seas to collect and discover - sometimes to their dismay as her
excitement has been known to overwhelm when given the full weight of it.
She is, without a doubt, dedicated to learning what she can on this
subject and will persevere through the difficult trials ahead of her, due
to her off-color, in order to continue on her path.
