Rules

While I will endeavor at all times to be fair I reserve the right to change the rules at any time.

General Rules

1: All Pony Island rules apply. 

2: Treat others with respect.

3: Cheating on a game can lead to severe bans and even  losing your Seaquines.

4: Displaying a Seaquine that is not your own is not allowed and will be considered stealing.

5:  Owners may use their Seaquines to create avatars and signatures.

Purchasing

1: Payments must be received within 24 hours, unless otherwise posted.  If you have a good payment history with me and encounter a payment problem please PM for extra time.

2: Payments must be the agreed upon amount and any questions about payment should be asked prior to sale.

3: Seaquines that are not named within a week will be recycled.  This applies to all purchases and giveaways.  If you will not be available at the end of an event you must contact me for an extension.

Trading / Gifting / Sales

1: Seaquines can only be traded with permission from Abbeyinc.  If you are purchasing from another owner it is your responsibility to make certain permission has been given.  Why?  So that I can keep the certificates and records updated.

2: Trades done by request may have a fee applied.  Trades made during trading events will not have any extra fees.

3: Extras such as items and creatures must be traded with the Seaquine that they are deployed with.  If you wish to move or sell any of your extras a fee will apply.  Mini-certs can be traded in the same manner as Seaquines.
