Pretty in Pink look at Pyrite, " I am Pretty in Pink, a friend of Even Dusk and Wash." He keep forgetting that not all Seaquines where acceptable on his look or new faces
Racer Star saw where the twins sand seaquines went. He swam in the area, " So can I join you. I like how you disappear in the sand. Can you teach me how to do that?" He did not even know if they was still there.
Iris-Sekhmet saw that a kelpie had the same face marking as her. She look at Galaxy. "Let go talk to him." With out even making sure Galaxy was behind her, she swam to the gray kelpie, "Hi I am Iris-Sekhmet."
Galaxy move closer to Pretty in Pink. She watch the other youth in the group that came with the seaquine that Pretty in Pink call Pyrite.
Violet Rose saw there was red kelpie, she swam to him. "Hi I am Violet Rose, what your name?", she ask nervously.
Forest Nymph and Suijin saw the other dwarf seaquines "Pretty in Pink, can we go play with the other dwarfs?" Pretty in Pink Replied, "Go ahead."

Pyrite's tail fin twitched subtly, "I'm sorry, but am I supposed to know those two names?"
He'd never had much patience for socializing with any not of the female gender, it was one of the reasons he became a Rogue. That 'bad boy' charm that drew them in...

Rath, glanced over his shoulder at the kid talking to the sand, and snickered to himself, contemplating circling back for a game of shark... Before changing his mind and angling instead towards the black and white dwarf twins, hoping to scare them by popping up from the rocks.

Ruin was crouched behind another rock, staring wide eyed at the octopus and his shiny things. Mmm...Shiny...
He was rather seriously contemplating the risk factor of playing tag with the octopi to see if he could keep a shiny buckle or two.

Riss glanced between the two, having trained himself to spot their tell tale red where it doesn't belong to avoid getting ambushed, before turning back to the kid talking to the sand. Maybe... Nah.
...Yes, yes he would.
Burrowing himself under just enough sand to act as a cloak, but still make a hump [like cartoon gopher trails, or Bug Bunny], Riss made his way over to the kid talking to the sand, to see if he could scare him.

Vige glanced to his left, and stopped dead. There was his twin, he hadn't seem him in ages!
Or, at least, if -felt- like ages.
Headbutting Pali in the side to catch the other youth's attentiona away from Cream, who was heading towards the dwarf quartet, two of them with lionfish as well for safety in numbers from the silver lionfish, Vige headbutted his half brother a second time in a wordless warning before racing over to his twin. (Would they know eachother's names?)

Cream wasn't really looking where she was going, she just knew that anywhere was better than being stuck with Pali any longer! Shaking her head, without stopping her headlong flight, the young girl was barreling toward the blind dwarf without ever realizing it. Too caught up in her thoughts about getting the loser spiny face back for being so mean.

Pali grunted, and huffed irritably. He was torn between following Vige or continuing to chase his prey...
But those two other lionfish dwarves seemed like they might be the protective sort. They just had that air about them... Grumbling blackly, he'd get Cream on the way home and tease her mercilessly for running away, Pali follows Vige.

(Unless I missed anything, no one's really paying attention to the other group just yet. They're just drifting around, looking at pretty rocks and coral.)

Pretty in Pink role his eyes. "Do you know any for this group Sunny Days and his wife Storm Cloud Brewing, Even Dusk's wife Dawn Light, Wash's wife Zoe, Night Sky and my wife Dolphin Keeper. I figure you might know them since Wash be around and Even Dusk is fairly new to the cove and when someone new everyone know them." Pretty in pink look at Galaxy, "It was Even Dusk working at The Haven that got Galaxy adopted and my wife help in the nursey a little."

Racer Star sat down, I guess no one here. He look around to see where he may look next. He wanted to learn to hide as they have done.

Venn had a moment of near panic when he saw his twin swimming toward him. What to do? What to do? He gave a quick look left then right. Before he could make up his mind his twin was there.

"Um, hi, Vige," he said. How lame is that, Venn, he asked himself. Hi? ((I am assuming they would have been named by their parents shortly after hatching, even though we didn't know what those names where. ))

Venn was nervous. This was the twin his parents had kept while trading him off. Unable to decide how to handle things with his twin, he turned his attention to the approaching Pali. "What is the deal with the girl? I didn't think you cared much for girls, what with their silly ways and all," he asked the pale 'quine.

Trydium had keep an eye on her father and his sons since they had arrived. Should I talk to them? How would they react to her?
She had avoided them so far, and was pleasently surprized when she saw that they could melt into the background too. When she saw one named Riss trying to sneak up on a youth talking to what he thought were Rath and Ruin she saw this as the perfect chance to 'greet' one of her half brothers. The rocky sand was only slightly tricky to blend into, but she near invisible with the occasional flicker of red from her fins. With little hesitation she bounced on the moving lump of sand, spikes and all.

Neon spotted the octopi moving toward her, a happy site to see compared to Pyrite who was destined to cause trouble. Mace was a distance friend of their own cove octopi Quxo. Kordum still hung by her side.

Aidena saw a lonely male youth, Racer Star was it?, and swam up to him. "Hi, my name is Aidena. Which cove did you come from?"

Fina and Azara were overwhemed by twins! It seemed like every group brought a pair with them. In the end they chose to talk to a charmed female by the name of Taffy. "Hello my name is Fina and this is my sister Azara."

Kei was not too keen on talking so he decided to look about the reef. The coral called to him first. Some shifted in the current while others were home to a host of odd creatures. Looked close at one green coral in the shape of a fan a small bright colored fish dashed out from behind it and scared him. Collecting himself he move on...

Mace snorted. He spotted the gray and red youth eying him, but didn't acknowledge the scamp. He was one of Pyrite's get, and well. Not even Rogue had anything nice to say about that Pyrite! And Flame (whom he had a soft spot for) was down right scathing. So, this youth probably was trouble. Well, he might be a merchant now, but he'd started out a warrior. He hoped the youth had the sense not to try anything. The trained reflexes of a warrior did not fade.

"Ah! Hello, Neon isn't it?" Mace called. He was close enough now, and he thought he recognized the 'Quine, but well, he still wasn't the best at telling them apart. "Quite a crowd here! And I see you drew out the trouble makers, as well." Mace gave his short spear a meaningful flick with a tentacle. "If it gets to be too much trouble, I'm perfectly capable of crowd control. And," he continued, "I brought an extensive first aid kit. I've heard the others talk about youth gatherings before, and I figured it might be needed. Though I hope there's a medic around. I brought the kit, but don't know how to use it."

Miranda giggled. She turned, and whispered to her twin. "There's a boy over by the rocks that's trying to sneak up on us. What say you we turn the tables?"

Faith giggled. "Sure! It's a shame I haven't learned how to boost your empath skill yet, we could really scare the whey out of him! I guess we'll just have to settle for turning his ambush around on him."

Giggling, the twins continued on their way, pretending there was nothing sneaking up on them.

Cassy continued cautiously along. Her seeker talents helped, but she still couldn't go barreling along.

"OH!" Patience cried. She spotted the cream and orange girl, but too late to warn Cassy! She threw herself at the other girl, knocking her aside before she could slam into the blind dwarf.

"What?" Cassy turned. She could feel the currents, she could hear the stranger. But that told her little. Knowing the personalities of those with her, she spoke. "Volcano! What happens?" She said, commanding in her beautiful golden voice.

"A finned girl came racing up on us, and was going to run into you. Patience pushed her away though. Glacier is helping them both up now." He paused. "The new girl is a finned, and looks to be very upset."

"Glacier, please be careful of your fins, they're very sharp. As always, thank you Patience. And hello to the one who has so suddenly joined us! I hope you are ok? Care to join us?"

"Well?" William asked. "Do either of you have a preference for where we go?"

"Not really," Casper replied. "Mom would hit the roof if we went and spent time with the youths from Pyrite's cove, so lets not do that."

Radon winced. "Yea, lets avoid upsetting Flame. She's not my mother, but still!" He shuddered. "She sure knows how to make her displeasure obvious. Perhaps we can go see if my twin turned up?"

"Sure!" William and Casper chimed. William continued. "And yea, I third the not getting Flame upset part." The moved off, in search of the cove with Radon's sibling in it.

Racer Star look shock when Aidena spoke to him. "Hi I am Racer Star and I guess you say Even Dusk's cove, it located in the Pinnacle Province, but we don't have name for the cove. He just kinda run everything, actually his wife does, but he get the credit."

Forest Nymph and Suijin swam to the group of dwarfs (Cassy, Patience, Volcano, and Glacier) and the cream and orange girl . Forset Nymph, "Are you ok?" Suijin, "We are Forest Nymph and Suijin, so you know."

(OOC must name my cove now )

Pyrite was swiftly losing what little patience he had left for dealing with a male who acted too chummy for only having heard of him. With a clearing of his throat and a toss of his head, the rogue side finned away, "I'm terribly sorry to interrupt this little chat, but I'm afraid I must go check on my wandering group. Their parents would be very displeased with me should anything happen." Baring his teeth in an insincere horsey grin, the Mimic - who was secretly a Chameleon already - blurred his colors for a moment, and darted off to monitor 'his' kids.

[He's temporarily out of action -so he doesn't snap and do something rash- until someone goes up to the group wandering the coral, or calls out to him. Got to keep himself out of trouble too early. XP Also, all of Pyrite's bad rep amuses me to no end. :3]

Riss's ball of sand squealed as he was pounced, and he leaped up in a spray of fine yellow-grey grains.
Turning, and coughing a bit, the purple and red youth stares blankly at the golden female in front of him, before something clicks, and he grins widely, "Hi! Wanna play? My prey's talking to someone else, now, anyways."
The only thing that could make his little family reunion complete is if his own twin would appear, then all five of his father's children could hang out together!

Rath seemed oblivious to the fact that they had spotted him, too young and cocky to think anyone other than his brothers could notice his stalking.
Sinking lower, almost hugging the rocks, the wicked little boy lays in wait to see if the wins will approach so he can jump out at them.

Ruin continued "stalking" the octopus, trying to muffle his giggles when he mentioned trouble makers.
That was him, all right!
Peeping up over another rock, the boy's eyes catch the movement of the spear, and his mind wanders once more to the thoughts of collecting some shiny things. Shiiiiiny...

[Just as a point of interest, Vige, Venn, and Pali's dad is owned by Tyger, so technically Vige wasn't kept by his parents either. ]
Vige beamed and shuffled over to pose next to Venn, copying him as closely as possible, "Oh, Pali's got a cruuush on her." Giggling, and sticking his tongue out teasingly at his approaching half brother, "Oh, and, hi back, Venn."

Pali heard what Vige just said, and his cheeks flamed red, "I do not!" Howling in denial, he bull rushes his half brother angrily to shut him up, "Don't tell people stuff like that!"

Cream squeaked as she was tackled, the rough housing bringing her back to her senses as she blinked dazedly at the blue dwarf girl laying half on top of her. Then another blue dwarf approached, with lionfish spines, and she cowered back for a second, afraid he'd tease her like her cove mate, before relaxing slightly as, instead of teasing the blue girl, he helps her up, then offers assistance to Cream as well.
Then the blind girl, she just now noticed, spoke at her and it took a moment for her words to register before she giggled nervously.
"Yeah, I guess I'm okay, thanks. And, sure! I was just getting away from Pali, he's just such a big mean spiny head!" Tears welled up once more in her eyes and she sniffled, "he's always picking on me, and poking me, and and and..." Bursting into loud sobbing tears, the finned girl buried her head in the sand, a few muffled words escaping 'didn't do' 'thing to him' were audible.
I just want to be friends with him, but he's so mean to me!
She was completely oblivious to the new pair of youths that could see her little breakdown.

A burst of laughter came from Venn, surprise him. He wasn't quite sure what he was laugh about, the scuffling brothers (Pali and Vige) or that one had a crush on a girl. He backed away a bit to avoid flailing fins and hooves, but not too far. He was feeling a connection with these two.

Looking over at the orange striped girl, Venn had to admit, "She is rather pretty." He wasn't sure, but he thought she may be the one that came from his new pod. The one who left when he came. "I suppose if you must have a crush on a girl, it should at least be a pretty one."

Violet Rose saw that the red kelpie (Venn) did not even notice her. She started to turn and swam away. Iris-Sekhmet gave up from trying to talk to the gray kelpie (Milton) and swam to where Violet Rose is.
